Fire Alarm Systems
ICS is a turnkey fire alarm solution provider, offering complete solutions for every level of need.  Systems range from basic solutions to complex multi-layered systems that are monitored through remote FACP control panels. ICS conducts an initial assessment to determine your fire alarm system requirements, and also works from building blueprints.  After the system is designed, ICS handles the permitting process including pre construction plan check review with the AHJ (local authority having jurisdiction), then installs and tests the system. We also coordinate final inspection and occupancy permits, as well conduct as ongoing testing.  ICS is on call 24 x 7 for repair and service of fire alarm systems.

Life Safety Systems
Life safety systems provide assistance in building evacuation.  ICS designs and installs life safety systems for a variety of buildings, from small, single story structures to multi-story high rises.  ICS verifies that all life/safety systems meet the clarity standards set by the Audibility Act.  In addition, ICS provides automated and manual fan control and air handling control technology applicable to life safety requirements. ICS partners with manufacturers that provide state-of-the-art life safety systems, including System Sensor, Wheelock, and Gentex.

VESDA
VESDA is an early warning smoke detector system that constantly samples the air for early signs of a fire.  While normal smoke detectors respond to 2% smoke, VESDA responds to 0.2%. VESDA is generally used to save equipment in areas particularly susceptible to smoke damange, such as computer rooms and clean rooms. ICS installs both the VESDA system, as well as a similar system from Notifier, View Detector.  After your VESDA system is installed, ICS can protect it with 24 hours service, as well as maintenance and an annual test.
